Fearns Wharf  is the latest residential development from Leeds based developer JM Construction.

On completion this innovative, architecturally designed scheme will provide 82 one, two and three bedroom apartments, including duplexes. 

Fearns Wharf is conveniently  located on Neptune Street, in the thriving Leeds Dock area of the city, occupying a prime position adjacent to the northern bank of the River Aire. The city centre and mainline railway station is walkable in just 10 minutes, while junction 3 of the M621 which provides access to the wider motorway network is only 1.5 miles away.

The developer, JM Construction, has recently completed the stunning £50m Victoria Riverside scheme in Hunslet which comprises the sympathetic conversion of the former Hunslet and Victoria flax spinning mills, along with extensive new build apartments. In total the scheme comprises 350 apartments, including fabulous roof top penthouses, all of which are now sold.
